It’s the winter holiday season, and we want you to be aware of shipping deadline so you receive your packages, and your family and friends receive their gifts, on time!
Allow extra time for weather delays and general slowness due to the increased shipping volume with all carriers.

Winter Solstice is Saturday, December 21.
Christmas is Wednesday, December 25.
Yule is observed at different times by different people, so you can choose the date you plan to celebrate, and adjust the deadlines below.
We’re usually closed on Mondays, but we will be open Monday, December 23 for shipping, to help you stay on schedule.
The last day we will ship before Christmas is Monday, December 23. Our office will be closed on Tuesday, December 24 through Friday, December 27, so our employees can enjoy the holiday week.
Our usual order cut-off times apply, so any orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific Time on December 23, 2024, will ship after Christmas.
If you want packages sent to US addresses to arrive before the Winter Solstice on December 21, the standard shipping deadline is Friday, December 6, 2024. The express shipping deadline for Winter Solstice delivery of packages in the US is Wednesday, December 18, 2024. For packages outside the US, see below.

UPS 3 Day Select: Wednesday, December 18 (delivery on Monday, December 23)
UPS 2nd Day Air: Thursday, December 19 (delivery on Monday, December 23)
UPS Next Day Air®: Monday, December 23 (delivery on Tuesday, December 23)
Shipment deadlines for UPS delivery for countries outside the US vary by location, but generally, Monday, December 10 would be the absolute latest shipment for an international express package to arrive on time. Standard international shipments should be ordered no later than December 6, and even then, UPS will not guarantee delivery by December 23.

Due to delivery issues, we are not currently offering FedEx shipping.
Please note that the carriers will not guarantee delivery dates in the last few days prior to the Christmas holiday due to weather delays or other service interruptions. So, even if you order by the above deadlines, it’s still possible that your package will be delayed. To avoid disappointment, please place your order as early in the month as possible.
Orders placed after the cutoff for these shipping deadlines will be shipped on our next regular business day, with the delivery date adjusted accordingly. Plan ahead!
